DELIVERY AREAS
Damask currently ships Australia-wide. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

DELIVERY TIMES & OPTIONS
Delivery timing varies by location. Estimated timelines (once shipped):
Standard Shipping (Australia Post / courier): 3–7 business days
Express Shipping (optional for additional cost): 1–3 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your choices and delivery address.
We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a set spend threshold - details will be clearly shown at checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is lost, delayed or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist promptly.


Returns

Damask Bedlinen is committed to offering products of quality, comfort and longevity. If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or store credit on full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered
• All original tags must remain attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
• Your return must be lodged within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Return shipping costs for change of mind are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Alternatively, online purchases may be returned or exchanged in-store (Balmain) upon approval.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if an item:
• Is faulty or damaged (not caused by wear or misuse)
• Has been incorrectly described
• Differs from what was ordered

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos where possible. We will arrange a suitable resolution, including repair, replacement or refund.

RETURN SHIPPING
We recommend returning items via a tracked Australia Post service, as Damask is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Include your order number and reason for return. If applicable, please include photos.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the transaction.
